On the Mozilla front ... I don't think it's going to be that straightforward: we've been in touch with Mel, our IT co-ordinator (ITC), who's doing everything she can; the problem is that Mozilla is 'restricted access' - which sounds very Spooks - under the BBC's contract with Siemens; Mel in turn is talking to a Technology Services Adviser (TSA) provided by Future Media & Technology (FM&T). So for now, watch this space. A space currently filled with lots of acronyms.
